Jason Psome

Jason joined Nuveen in 2015, and is responsible for the firm’s institutional sales and client service efforts in the Eastern Region of the United States. Prior, he was an Executive Director at J.P. Morgan Asset Management (JPMAM) responsible for representing JPMAM solutions to Midwestern institutional relationships including endowments and foundations, public and private pension funds and healthcare organizations. Prior to JPMAM, Jason spent six years at AllianceBernstein, where he was responsible for alternative investment business development. He has held senior institutional marketing and sales positions at Neuberger Berman, Deutsche Asset Management and Sanford C. Bernstein. Jason has extensive experience in developing portfolio level solutions and has presented at various industry events on fixed income and other aspects of the capital markets. Jason co-authored a chapter on actively managed core-plus fixed income titled, Managed Synthetics, in Fabozzi’s The Handbook of Stable Value Investments– (1998 Fabozzi Associates) and authored a comprehensive Sanford C. Bernstein research piece entitled Synthetic GICs—The Next Generation (1994). He has been quoted in various industry and business publications (Pensions and Investments magazine, Business Week, etc.).

Jason holds a B.A. in Science, Technology and Society from Vassar College, Poughkeepsie, NY. He is a CAIA charterholder.
