JD David

JD David is a partner and the COO of Meyler Capital, a New York-based marketing and capital raising firm that leverages modern marketing tools and non-conventional thinking to help alternative asset managers accelerate the fundraising process. 
 
The majority of JD’s career has been spent in trading and sales capacities on both the buy- and sell-side. He began his career in 1990 as a market-maker for O’Connor & Associates (now the hedge fund UBS O’Connor) before joining Credit Suisse as Managing Director of Institutional Listed Derivaties and ETF Sales Trading, and then Head of U.S. Special Situations. He subsequently moved into a portfolio manager role at RBC and then to Interlachen Capital Group, a multi-strategy credit fund, as Head of Business Development. 
 
JD is FINRA Series 7 and 63 licensed (and previously held FINRA Series 3, 4, 10, 24, and 55 licenses). He received undergraduate degrees in Finance and Real Estate from Indiana University.
