Jeannie Santiago
Jeannie Santiago joined Lee, Nolan & Koroghlian, LLC, a MassMutual firm, in 2020 after five years in talent acquisition at New York Life. Prior to entering the financial services industry, Jeannie worked as a Business Analyst for the public sector. As an Analyst, Jeannie trained and developed veterans in Business Process Management. There she acquired the skills and resources needed to establish the Military Initiative for New York Life’s Manhattan General Office. In 2017 the Military Initiative was introduced nationally to all New York Life General Offices.
As the Director of Recruiting, Jeannie recruits veterans for specialized roles within financial planning, advisory, and management for Lee, Nolan & Koroghlian, LLC, sits on multiple veteran committees. She also volunteers as an instructor and coach for veteran career readiness, and is certified as a veteran mentor by ProVetus.
