Jocelin Linares

Jocelin is the Senior HR Business Partner at Kroll Bond Rating Agency (KBRA) where she globally oversees onboarding/offboarding processes, performance management strategy, compensation, promotions, talent development and employment relations. She has been with KBRA since February 2024. Prior to joining KBRA, Jocelin was a Vice President at Morgan Stanley where she spent 8 years holding several HR positions, including HR Business Partner for Strategists in Sales & Trading, Risk Management, Corporate Communications, Global Sustainability and Community Affairs. Jocelin obtained her B.S. in Labor Studies and Employment Relations and M.S. in Human Resources and Employment Relations from The Pennsylvania State University.
