Joe Becker, FRM

Joe is a director and portfolio strategist for Milliman Financial Risk Management in Chicago, IL. This group advises corporations and financial institutions on financial and capital markets risk management. In his current role, Joe works with the portfolio management, capital markets and distribution teams to position the Milliman FRMs products and strategies within the current market and economic environment. Prior to joining Milliman in 2015, Joe worked at Invesco PowerShares as an ETF strategist covering their lineup of fixed- and equity-income ETFs. Joe holds a B.A. in international studies from Trinity Western University in British Columbia, and a M.A. in economics from the University of Illinois at Chicago. He also carries the Financial Risk Manager (FRM) designation from the Global Association of Risk Professionals and holds the Series 3, 7 and 63 registrations.
