Joe Dodi, CTP

Joe Dodi, CTP, joined the Finance and Administration division at Horizon BCBSNJ in November 2012 as Director, Head of Treasury. His responsibilities include oversight of the investments, banking operations, payments administration and corporate liability insurance functions for the enterprise. Joe is a Certified Treasury Professional with more than 20 years of treasury experience. Before joining Horizon BCBSNJ, Joe was employed with DRS Technologies, a leading supplier of integrated products, services and support to military forces, intelligence agencies and prime contractors worldwide, first as Director, Treasury, and then most recently as Assistant Treasurer. Prior to his tenure with DRS Technologies, Joe held various treasury management positions with Putnam Investments, Houghton Mifflin and Millennium Chemicals. Joe holds an MBA from Suffolk University and a Bachelors in Economics and Finance from Northeastern University, Boston.
