Jon Kaczka is the head of asset allocation for Multi-Asset Strategies and Solutions (MASS) at Voya Investment Management, with a focus on tactical and strategic asset allocation research. Prior to joining Voya, he was a senior treasury analyst for Pitney Bowes, focusing on investments within the global pension plans. Jon earned a BS in finance from Bentley University and is a CFA® Charterholder
