Managing Director, Head of Equities & eFX Quant Strategists at Bank Of Nova Scotia overseeing North America equities quant trading for both US and Canada, specializing in data driven, real time systematic market making and trading risk management.  Prior to joining Bank of Nova Scotia, Judith was a Strat at Goldman Sachs worked in both quantitative asset management and equities market making desk for 16 years, with a total 25+ years in the industry. Judith holds an MBA from New York University, an MS from University of Connecticut, a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Accounting from Russell Sage Women’s College.  Passed all 4 Certified Public Accounting exams.
