Kristin Mott

Kristin is a leader and veteran in the alternatives space having served institutional investors across hedge fund, private equity, real asset, real estate, credit and hybrid investments. She founded Amberlake Capital, an outsourced marketing and investor relations partner to emerging and established investment managers in real asset, infrastructure, credit and mission-oriented strategies. Previously she held senior investor relations and marketing roles with MC Asset Management Americas, a subsidiary of Mitsubishi Corporation, Arrowhawk Capital and DKR Capital Partners. She graduated from the University of Minnesota and is a frequent speaker at industry events. Kristin received the “Excellence in Private Equity” Award from Markets Media and is a leader with many industry organizations including 100Women in Finance, where she co-chairs the Global Council. Kristin is a mother of two girls and an elected member of the town council (RTM) in Westport, CT.
