Lindsay Calautti

Lindsay Calautti is the Global HR Business Partner for Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities, and Global Senior Relationship Management at RBC Capital Markets. Prior to joining RBC, Lindsay worked at Goldman Sachs and TD Securities in human resources in New York, London, and Toronto. In addition to her 12 years of experience in HR, she spent two years as a Director and Business Manager for the global rates business at TD Securities. Lindsay holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology, she also holds a master’s degree in organizational psychology from Harvard University, and completed a fellowship in brain and cognitive sciences at MIT.
