Madison Kraus

Madison Kraus is a Principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ New York office. She co-leads the firm’s Artificial Intelligence, Data & Analytics Practice and is a member of the Financial Services Practice and the Disruptive Innovators team.​​

Madison focuses on leadership work in analytics, data science, artificial intelligence, and machine learning across industries as well as quantitative and technology roles within financial services. Her broader portfolio of search work includes leadership roles in engineering and product, financial technology, and investments.​

Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Madison was with a boutique search firm serving asset managers, hedge funds, private equity firms, and investment banks.​

Madison earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology and crime & justice with highest honors from the University of Michigan.
