Marie-Aimee Boury

Marie-Aimée Boury joined the Project Bonds | Private Placement team at Societe Generale in 2011 to focus on the development of Project Bonds globally. She has been involved in numerous project bond mandates supported by energy and infrastructure assets in the Americas and other regions. Societe Generale is one of the leading project bond arrangers with over 31 transactions placed since 2012 for a total issuance amount of over USD 32 Bn. Prior to this position, Marie-Aimee was Deputy Head of Reserve Base Finance for EMEA at Societe Generale in London and in charge of a USD 2 billion loan portfolio to E&P mid caps and large upstream project finance deals. She has worked for 15 years in the bank’s Natural Resources financing division, with experience ranging from structuring project finance and pre-export finance transactions mostly in emerging markets, relationship coverage of large trading companies and securitization of international trade receivables. Marie-Aimee holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from EDHEC (Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales).
