Matt Janzaruk, CPA

Matt Janzaruk is Senior Vice President – Chief Accounting Officer for The Procter & Gamble Company. Matt oversees company-wide controllership including external and internal financial reporting. Matt’s previous responsibilities at Procter & Gamble include Sarbanes-Oxley leader, divisional category finance leadership, country finance leadership in Mexico and technical accounting and financial reporting roles. Prior to joining Procter & Gamble in October 2003, Matt was Senior Audit Manager at Deloitte including National Office Accounting Research senior audit manager and financial statement audit manager in Brussels and Cincinnati. Matt is a CPA. He is a member of the Financial Executives International Committee on Corporate Reporting. He serves as on the Financial Accounting Standards Advisory Council supporting the Financial Accounting Standards Board. He also serves on the Accounting Advisory Board of the University of Notre Dame. Matt has B.A. degree in accountancy from the University of Notre Dame.
