Matthew Winters, CFA, CPA (Matt) is senior director of Financial Reporting Policy Advocacy at CFA Institute. The Financial Reporting Policy Advocacy group represents the interests of CFA Institute members and investors broadly on financial reporting and other corporate disclosure topics to standard setters and securities regulators around the world. Prior to advocacy, Matt worked on the CFA Program in the Education division at CFA Institute. Before joining CFA Institute in 2020, Matt was an equity analyst at Manning & Napier Advisors. He lives in Washington, D.C. with his wife and daughter.
