Melanie Szlucha

Melanie Szlucha is the Owner of Redinc, LLC, and provides job search coaching, resume writing and job interview coaching, which successfully brings out her client’s talents in their resume and in an interview, and makes it possible for them to land positions at high profile employers.  

She has over 15 years of experience as a hiring manager, 10 years of owning her own business, and a background in marketing. Over the years, she has delivered presentations at colleges and universities around the country including Rocky Mountain College, Duke University, Pace University and Columbia University as well as networking groups hosted by executives from Merrill Lynch and the Institute of Management Accountants.

She graduated from St. John Fisher College in Rochester, NY with an undergraduate degree in business, and an MBA.
