Michael Catts

Michael Catts is a Managing Director in Evercore’s Private Capital Advisory team.  Prior to joining Evercore in 2013, Michael was a member of the Secondary Advisory Team within the Private Funds Group at UBS for seven years.  In this role, Michael focused on providing strategic advice to institutional investors on the disposal of financial assets.  Prior to joining UBS full-time in 2006, Michael worked within Houlihan Lokey’s Aerospace, Defense and Government group focusing on merger and acquisition transactions.  Michael graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and International Business from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business.
