Michael Rozen is a co-founder of TRGP and serves as its President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Rozen is responsible for overall corporate management and oversight, deal sourcing, investment selection and due diligence, and portfolio construction and management. He is also a founding partner of Rozen Law Firm, LLP. Formerly, Mr. Rozen was a partner at renowned boutique law firm Feinberg Rozen, LLP for over 20 years and was recognized as a leading strategist and negotiator of complex, multi-party disputes. Mr. Rozen was Deputy Special Master of the United States government’s September 11th Victim Compensation Fund of 2001, Deputy Administrator of BP’s Gulf Coast Compensation Fund, Court-appointed Mediator in the Upper Big Branch mine disaster and advised Pennsylvania State University and implemented a resolution strategy to resolve claims arising out of the Jerry Sandusky sex scandal, among many other matters as a practicing attorney.  Mr. Rozen is Vice Chair and a member of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of Human Rights First, Chair of the New York State Joint Commission on Public Ethics, and a Member of the Board of Directors of Oak Hill Credit Opportunities Financing, Ltd. Mr. Rozen obtained a B.A. from Tufts University and a J.D. from Georgetown Law Center.
