Senior Vice President
As a senior member of U.S. Trust’s Family Office Solutions group, Michael leads the Personal Information Management Services (PIMS) team. PIMS provides sophisticated information aggregation and reporting for U.S. Trust’s largest and most complex clients. Michael has 20 years of experience in client reporting, performance
measurement and risk analysis. He works with both families and philanthropic institutions across the country. Prior to joining U.S. Trust in 2008, Michael worked at the JP Morgan Private Bank leading their performance measurement team. He became a CFA charter holder in 2001. As a member of the CFA Institute, he served on a committee to evaluate exam content for the Certification in Investment Performance Measurement (CIPM). He is also member of CFANY’s Performance and Risk Analytics committee.
Originally from New York, Michael received his dual undergraduate degrees in Accounting and German from Binghamton University. Michael has held a number of leadership roles for Bank of America’s Diversity and Inclusion initiatives. Currently, he is serving as the Northeast Assistant Regional Lead of Bank of America’s LGBT
Pride employee network and a representative to OPEN Finance NYC. OPEN Finance NYC is a consortium of LGBT networks in the financial services. Michael resides in Manhattan and sits on the board of Trinity’s Services and Food for the Homeless, a non-profit serving the communities of Manhattan’s Lower East Side.
