Miguel CuUnjieng

Miguel is a vice president and corporate engagement strategist for Calvert Research and Management. He joined Calvert Research and Management in 2023. Miguel began his career in the investment management industry in 2021. Before joining Calvert Research and Management, he was as an associate director for EOS at Federated Hermes and served as the team’s financial sector lead. During this time, Miguel also served as a co-chair of the IIGCC banks working group, which contributed to the Transition Pathway Initiative’s investor-led framework of pilot indicators to assess banks on the transition to net zero. He is also a former member of Wells Fargo’s Environmental and Social Risk Management team. Miguel also served as the financial sector program manager for Ceres Inc., and he began his career as the first-ever sustainability officer for SM Supermalls in his home country of the Philippines. Miguel earned a B.A. from Santa Clara University and an MBA from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business. He was also named one of the 30 Under 30 Emerging Leaders in Business Sustainability by GreenBiz in 2016.
