Neil Guha

Neil Guha is a Portfolio Manager at Corbets Capital. Previously, he was a Senior Analyst on Balyasny’s Equity Capital Markets (ECM) team in their New York office. He joined BAM in April 2021 from Morgan Stanley, where he was an Executive Director in the Equity Capital Markets group and responsible for the firm’s Financial Institutions clients.  He also focused on investing in recently public companies within the fintech/payments, technology, financials and energy/renewables sectors. The ECM team invests both at the time of an IPO or equity offering and afterwards, operating as a generalist L/S team.

Prior to that role, Neil was Co-Head of Morgan Stanley’s Natural Resources Equity Capital Markets group. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Neil was at financial services investment bank Keefe, Bruyette & Woods (KBW) in various capital markets and investment banking roles, with a particular focus on banks and diversified financials. Neil began his career in fixed income sales and trading at Barclays Capital.

He holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering and Economics from the University of Virginia.
