Nick Marietti

Nick Marietti is a Managing Director of Cresset Real Estate. Nick is responsible for Cresset’s development, financing, entitlement, and deal-sourcing efforts, in addition to the legal aspects of Cresset Real Estate’s business. Nick’s experience includes both ground-up and value-add development across the country, including the retail, hospitality, and for-sale and rental single and multi-family residential sectors. Prior to joining Cresset, Nick was a founder of VennPoint Real Estate. Prior to forming VennPoint, Nick practiced law as a commercial litigator for K&L Gates in downtown Chicago, where he represented various clients in a broad range of disputes, including landlord/tenant, securities, breach of contract, and corporate fiduciary duty cases. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from Brown University, a JD from the University of Michigan, and an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
