Nir Yarden is the Founder and Principal of Yarden Law Firm, LLC. Based in New York, Nir specializes in corporate and securities legal work. He represents a wide variety of businesses and individuals including investment managers and institutional investors. He strongly advocates for his clients, having successfully structured over $8 billion dollars of public and private fund offerings and negotiated over $10 billion dollars of completed investments across all alternative asset classes on behalf of managers and investors.
