Noah Schwarz
With over 15 years of financial services experience, Mr. Schwarz specializes in senior level searches within the buyside and sellside community and provides sponsor coverage to private capital funds and their portfolio companies for Board and C-Suite assignments. He has significant search expertise within Private Equity, Credit, and Special Situations Investing as well as Investment Banking Coverage and M&A. Clients include leading General Partners, Investment Banks, Asset Management Firms and Family Offices.
Prior to his search career, Mr. Schwarz spent over five years with Goldman Sachs & Co., first covering Alternative Investments and then moving into a Global Management and Strategy team working closely with senior leaders of the firm. In this role, Mr. Schwarz was responsible for Business Selection and Conflicts Resolution across Investment Banking, Securities, Merchant Banking and Investment Management Divisions. Prior to Goldman Sachs, he was a member of the Legal Restructuring Practice at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP. Mr. Schwarz also has experience in Washington, DC having worked both at the Securities & Exchange Commission and the United States Senate.
Mr. Schwarz received his B.A. in Political Science from Colgate University where he was Student Body President and also a member of the University’s Presidential Search Committee led by the Board of Trustees.
