Noelle (“Elle”) Sisco, CFA, CAIA

Noelle (“Elle”) Sisco is a Managing Director, Portfolio Manager, and Lead Portfolio Strategist at Napier Park Global Capital. Elle drives investment allocation decisions across Napier Park’s multi-strategy credit platform, analyzing portfolio composition, identifying relative value opportunities and helping shape investment views. She has also been instrumental in developing firm processes and policy around private credit investments. Prior to her current role, Elle was a vice president on the Product Management team, where she contributed to strategic planning and product development. She began her career at a quantitative hedge fund, gaining experience in data-driven investment approaches and market behavior. Elle earned a BA in economics from Rutgers University, where she was a Division I softball player. She holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst and Chartered Financial Analyst designations, and is a member of the Alternative Investment Management Association Research Committee.
