Paul started in career in the retail banking at HSBC Bank. His hard-earned reputation as a committed leader whose wealth of experience in retail and commercial banking, IT implementation and innovation, sales leadership, and transformation leadership is mirrored in his everyday interactions with clients and company executives. As a catalyst for change through his high energy and passion for people Paul has been tapped to engage start-ups, turn around and growth initiatives throughout his career in domestic and international markets.

Through global exposure in England, China, Japan, Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, New Zealand, and Vietnam, his deepened cultural insights serve instrumentally in supporting business, technology and operational growth goals. He excels at identifying critical gaps in company structures, regulatory environments, business operating procedures, and market conditions.

Paul was a cornerback for the Miami Hurricanes 1990 and 1992 NCAA National Championship football teams with two future NFL coaches who mentored and fortified his inherent proclivity for hard work and positive expectation. He also played professionally for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Edmonton Eskimos.
