Rajesh is the Founding Partner of Digital Alpha Platforms, a leading software engineering firm headquartered in the NYC metropolitan area. He brings over two decades of experience in financial services and enterprise technology, delivering complex multimillion-dollar programs for top-tier organizations, including McKinsey & Company, Bloomberg, Goldman Sachs, and JP Morgan Chase.

As a seasoned Wall Street professional, Rajesh has deep domain expertise in investment research, risk management, liquidity management, and customer profitability. His collaborative leadership style and strong technology background in intelligent automation, artificial intelligence, analytics platforms, enterprise shared services, enterprise data management, and systems integration allow him to identify opportunities for digital transformation and innovation, driving value and growth for his clients’ businesses.

Rajesh holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Sciences, Pilani, and is a CFA® charterholder, demonstrating his expertise in financial analysis and investment management. He has completed coursework at Harvard Business School on mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring and is an active member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of New York.

Outside of work, Rajesh practices kriya yoga and meditation and stays updated on emerging technologies and their potential impact on financial services. He has been invited to speak at industry conferences on topics such as Data-Driven Firms: Staying One Step Ahead and Tech Breakthroughs: Transforming Industries. Rajesh is also an investor in several technology startups, underscoring his passion for technology-driven innovation.
