Raymond S. Wood

serves as a Managing Director and Head of the Power and Renewables Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. He leads coverage teams across a variety of client sectors including regulated utilities, independent power, alternative energy and private equity sponsors. Over Mr. Wood’s 25-year career, he has assisted clients on noteworthy strategic transactions and financings, a number of which have been named “Deal of the Year.” He has transaction expertise across the spectrum of mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, leveraged finance, structured finance, commodities and privatizations.

He received an M.B.A. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Sloan School of Management and a B.A. from Dartmouth College.
