Regina Croucher
Regina is a KPMG Partner and Head of International Activities in the KPMG U.S. professional practice office in New York. Regina also is the U.S. representative on KPMG’s IFRS Global Panel and sits on the Center for Audit Quality’s International Practices Task Force. Prior to her current role, Regina was a partner in the KPMG U.S. Capital Markets Group, assisting with international foreign filing IPOs and transactions. From 2016-2022 she was in KPMG’s Department of Professional Practice, leading various technical accounting and KPMG initiatives, including participating on KPMG Global Topic Teams. Regina has more than 33 years of experience with KPMG, which also included providing financial statement audit services in a variety of industries, including retail, telecommunications and financial services. Regina served as the lead partner on public clients and has provided professional audit services to several large multinational and U.S. based clients in accordance with PCAOB requirements, IFRS and U.S. GAAP. Regina also lived in London from 2007-2010, while on secondment to KPMG’s International Standards Group.
In addition, Regina has been awarded the LeMoyne College Distinguished Alumna award (2023) and is a Kansas City Women Who Mean Business Award Recipient (2015). Regina currently serves on the Visit KC Board, and the University of Kansas Health System Advancement Board. She is past Board Chair of the Kansas City Sports Commission Board.
