Richard Lee, JD, CFA

Richard J. Lee, JD, CFA is a partner in the New York office of the international law firm Crowell & Moring LLP. He focuses on derivatives, finance, and distressed debt. He has extensive experience advising investors and lenders in a wide range of alternative credit investments and structured financing transactions. He also counsels institutional investors on cryptocurrency trading and investing. He has previously worked at O’Melveny & Myers LLP and Richards Kibbe & Orbe LLP and has experience in-house at Goldman Sachs and UBS. Richard earned his JD at Columbia Law School and his BA in Economics at the University of California, at Berkeley. He is a CFA® Charterholder.
