Richard Schwam, CFA

Richard Schwam is a Municipal Credit Research Analyst, focusing on general government and tax-backed issuers in Florida, New York, Michigan, Texas, and other states. He also leads the firm’s public pension research efforts. He joined AllianceBernstein in 2006 as an associate in the Client Group, before serving as Municipal Fixed Income Product Director—a role in which role he helped lead the firm’s sales and marketing efforts for tax-exempt fixed income. Schwam holds a BA in Economics from Hamilton College, and is a CFA Charterholder.
