Robert Thomas is the Chief of Energy and Environment, Deputy Energy Coordinator for the City of Newark. In these roles, Robert is primarily focused on the development and implementation of the City’s energy program that seeks to save tax payer dollars through increased energy efficiency and conservation, improved resiliency of energy infrastructure systems within the City’s control and strengthening the relationship between public and private stakeholders on matters of energy security and energy reliability.
