Robert Becker

Robert Becker, senior vice president, is a portfolio manager for Cohen & Steers’ infrastructure portfolios and leads the firm’s infrastructure and utility research and investment efforts. He has 17 years of infrastructure-related investment experience. Prior to joining the firm in 2003, Becker was a portfolio manager and analyst for the Franklin Utilities Fund at Franklin Templeton Investments. Previously, he served as a utility equity research associate at Salomon Smith Barney. Becker also worked in equity research for global utilities and transportation companies with Scudder, Stevens & Clark. Becker holds a BA in political economy of industrial societies from the University of California at Berkeley. He is based in New York.
