Robert is relationship-oriented, taking a consultative and long-term, client-based approach to the business. He is respected for his extensive knowledge of the investment market, his thorough and diligent approach to client service, his integrity, and his exceptionally high standards. Robert has led hundreds of searches for many of the most sophisticated and demanding investment firms in the industry. Robert works with candidates at all levels but has particularly extensive experience working with senior candidates helping them navigate their careers. Robert has spent close to 25 years in executive search and through his experience working with everything from global organizations to boutique firms has developed and applied best practices that have helped his clients build successful teams. Robert takes pride in having a nuanced appreciation for his clients’ cultures and expectations. Prior to transitioning to the search business, Robert had senior roles in global finance. Robert has built Harrison Stone into a recognized leader in executive search and mentors and coaches team members on reaching their highest goals.
