Roberto Peralta, CFA

Roberto Peralta, CFA, serves as Head of Institutional Client Relations for the Americas at Société Générale. Peralta has served in Société Générale’s New York offices since 2001, and his prior roles include a structured solutions salesperson for Latin America and a senior credit analyst for banks and brokers located in Latin America and the US. Peralta received the CFA Society New York (CFANY) 2015 Volunteer of the Year Award, served as Co-Chair of CFANY’s Alternative Investment Committee (AIC) for two years and plays a leading volunteer role in CFANY’s Asset Owners Series. Since 2015, the Series has hosted C-Level investment executives from asset owner organizations that collectively have over $35 trillion in assets under management or advisory. Additionally, Peralta was a founding member of CFANY’s Programming Task Force. Collectively, Peralta has participated in organizing of over 30 CFANY events, which were attended by over 3,000 attendees. Peralta earned a double Bachelor degree in Business from Comillas Pontifical University/ICADE in Madrid, Spain and from the Ecole supérieure de Commerce de Reims in Reims, France. Peralta was awarded his CFA charter in 2007 and holds FINRA Series 3, 7, 24, and 63 licenses.
