As COO & Head of the Private Company Market for Nasdaq Private Market, Ryan oversees all aspects of  products and services designed for late stage VC backed private companies and is focused on automating transaction settlement for private companies, law firms, and investors.

Ryan has been immersed in the private company space since 2010, managing high profile transactions for some of the world’s leading private companies and pioneering the transition from offline transaction settlement to the automated and efficient tools used today.  He has helped develop and implement tools used to streamline tender offers, auctions, mergers and acquisitions, equity conversions, and primary offerings.

Ryan received his BA from the University of Rhode Island and his JD from the Northeastern University School of Law.
