Saish Setty

Saish Setty is the Director of the Reorg Covenants product at Reorg Research. He began his legal career as an associate in the Restructuring and Finance department at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz where he advised on distressed acquisitions, divestitures and restructurings and also represented borrowers and issuers in financings for mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions. He joined Reorg Research in 2015 where his team has analyzed and researched numerous high-yield issuers, focusing on the largest and most complicated credits such as iHeartMedia, Sears, Valeant and Intelsat. He has an A.B. in Economics from Princeton University and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
