Steve Beckett, CFA, CAIA

Mr. Beckett is an executive vice president and global head of product development for credit and private strategies in PIMCO’s New York office. Prior to joining PIMCO in 2026, he was head of institutional portfolio solutions at Blue Owl Capital, where he worked on new product development and custom limited partner solutions. Previously, he served as head of private markets risk at Aksia, advising institutional investors on portfolio construction, manager selection, and alternative allocations. He began his career at Allied Irish Bank, underwriting middle-market corporate, project finance, and oil & gas loans. Mr. Beckett has 19 years of investment experience and holds an undergraduate degree from Trinity College Dublin. He serves on the board of the Children’s Medical Research Foundation. He holds the CAIA designation and is a CFA charterholder.
