Steve Gold is a partner at Green Key resources, responsible for the firm’s Financial Services Practice. Mr. Gold joined the firm over 10 years ago and grew the practice from  the ground up to become one of the pre-eminent and largest Permanent Contingency focused Financial Services practices in New York City. Mr. Gold built a successful practice staffing roles ranging from C- level to mid-level across a wide range of functions at Banks, Broker Dealers, Fin. Tech as well as Traditional and Alternative Investment firms.  The team focuses on positions that support the investment process, including but not limited to Investor Relations, Portfolio Construction, Product Management, Performance, Risk Management, Investment Professionals, Operations, Compliance, and Marketing.  In just 13 years, Green Key Resources has grown from its modest beginning with 3 partners to over 200 employees, offices across the country and has been named the #1 recruiting firm in NYC, by Crain’s Business Magazine for 4 years in a row as well as earning highly ranked spots on Inc. 5000 best firms to work for and SIA’s Largest Staffing Firms.  Mr. Gold started his career at Prudential Securities in Municipal Bond Trading business, prior to his entry into the recruitment world. Having this real world experience, has helped Mr. Gold to have a deep understanding of the Financial Services Industry and to provide a value add for his clients and candidates. Steve received his B.S. in Communications from Syracuse University. In his spare time, he enjoys Golf, Travel, cooking and spending time with his two daughters.
