Theresa Dijkstra

Theresa Dijkstra is an AVP at MetLife Investment Management (MIM), where she acts as GIPS Officer in the Performance and Attribution team. Theresa joined MetLife in December 2014, where she was responsible for planning and implementing the team’s operating model for Performance Measurement, Attribution, and GIPS Compliance. Under Theresa’s direction, MIM began to claim compliance with GIPS in January 2016 with the firm having met compliance requirements firmwide on almost $510 Billion USD of Assets. Prior to joining MetLife Investment Management, Theresa was based abroad in The Hague where she headed the Performance team at ING Investment Management (now NNIP). She began her Investment Management career at Vontobel Asset Management in New York City, where she was responsible for performance, attribution, and reporting. Theresa holds an MBA from the University of  St. Gallen in Switzerland, and a Bachelor of Science in International Business from the University of Scranton.
