Luke Goodwin is a Senior Principal overseeing loan originations and structuring for the Walton Street Capital Debt Platform and a member of the Debt Platform Management Team. Prior thereto, Mr. Goodwin managed primary lending and debt capital markets relationships for the Walton Street Real Estate Equity Funds. In these roles, he has led over $8 billion of real estate financing transactions across a multitude of asset classes and markets. Prior to joining Walton Street in 2008, Mr. Good win held positions with Heitman and Ernst & Young. He has a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Illinois.
