Yannick Da Ros is an Executive Director in UBS’s Americas Infrastructure team. He joined UBS in 2004 and has worked in both London and New York. Yannick has extensive advisory, financing and equity raising experience in the infrastructure sector across Europe, the US and Latin America. The most recent mandates he has worked on include the UK Government’s sale of its stake in Eurostar and Wren House’s acquisition of a stake in Associated British Ports. Prior transactions include Domodedovo Airport’s debut Eurobond, the refinancing of Peel Ports, the IPO of OHL Mexico, a follow-on equity offering for CCR, the proposed concession of the Pennsylvania Turnpike, Vinci’s acquisition of Eiffage’s stake in Cofiroute, the refinancing of ASF and a rights issue for Vinci, Vinci’s acquisition of ASF, the acquisition of Sanef by Abertis, the IPO of Sanef. Yannick is a graduate of ESSEC in Paris.
