Pallavee Panchal has over 14 years of experience working on sustainability and ESG issues with companies across multiple sectors. She specializes in ESG strategy development and upcoming voluntary and regulatory external reporting, as well as strategy alignment with global frameworks. Additionally, she has extensive experience in non-financial assurance, leading multiple engagements around sustainability bond and ESG metrics’ readiness and assurance. She also conducted advisory sessions with multiple stakeholders, from C-suite executives to property managers on all matters of sustainability, from high-level strategic planning through carbon roadmap development and managed external reporting through disclosure standards and frameworks like GRESB, CDP, MSCI, DJSI, SASB, TCFD, etc.
Panchal also had worked across actors in the real estate industry – REITS, developers, managers, etc., with materiality assessments, climate mitigation strategies, GHG reduction goals, local law energy compliance and energy modeling. More recently she has worked closely on the sustainable finance strategy with leadership at a Fortune 500 company to build and ultimately manage the tracking, monitoring, and reporting for internal and external reporting.
