Overview
Are you a CFA Society New York member who wants to get more involved, but you do not know how? Or someone interested in the joining the Society, but are not sure what the Society has to offer? If so, join us for this series of complimentary events to interact with and learn more about CFA Society New York’s 18 member-driven Leadership Groups!
During these professional mixers, CFA Society New York will facilitate introductions between members of common interests and attendees will learn just how vital CFA Society New York’s Leadership Groups are to our community and discover ways in which your involvement can benefit both your professional career and the Society as a whole.
Attendees will have a chance to meet and interact with CFA Society New York members in an informal virtual setting while enjoying a guided discussion on several open topics. Explore our existing 18 member-driven interest groups and learn how to become involved in a variety of ways; take advantage of volunteer opportunities that offer the experience and gratification of working alongside CFA Society New York leadership, without adopting the serious commitment of a leadership role.
This event will provide a space for members – and those interested in membership – to get to know each other and float new ideas for the benefit of the Society, including events, initiatives, and potential new interest groups. Many long-term, trusting, and profitable relationships are built within these groups. Members may join any number of groups; CFA Society New York membership is a requirement.
