David Groban

David is a Partner and Senior Analyst at Bracco Asset Management LP. Previously, he was a Principal of MSD Partners, L.P.’s Alpine Credit Opportunity Fund. Prior to joining MSD Partners, he was a Managing Director at Searchlight Capital Partners focused on their credit opportunities fund. Formerly, David was a Senior Analyst at Warlander Asset Management which was co-founded in 2016 and a Partner and Head of Research for MatlinPatterson’s Global Opportunities Fund. Earlier, he spent 6 years as an investment banker providing advisory services focused on restructuring and recapitalizations. Most of that time was spent at Jefferies & Company and he joined Moelis & Company in 2008 to help launch their restructuring practice. Mr. Groban received a B.S. from Wake Forest University.
