Nicholas Tannura is Portfolio Manager of the ALPS Active REIT ETF and Chief Investment Officer and lead Portfolio Manager of GSI Capital Advisors, LLC where he is responsible for leading the research and investment efforts of the firm. Nick has over 25 years of investment management and real estate experience, with stints at Brookfield, Silverpath, Green Street, and ING. He co-leads, and co-owns GSI, which is based in Newport Beach, CA.

Nick graduated with an MBA in international finance from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of business.
