Justin Hawthorne

Senior Vice President — Antares Capital

Justin is a senior vice president in the Asset Management group at Antares Capital. He is responsible for managing various asset management client programs.  Justin joined GE Antares in 2012. Prior to joining GE Antares, Justin held portfolio management and risk roles in GE Capital’s Bank Loan Group.  Justin joined GE Capital in a finance role in 2003 after holding previous roles in that capacity.

Justin earned a bachelor’s degree from Central Connecticut State University, and an MBA from Fairfield University.

Matthew Mongeau

Vice President — Antares Capital

Matt is a vice president and advisor consultant of U.S. Wealth Solutions. Matt joined Antares in 2026. Previously, Matt was a Vice President at Brookfield Asset Management, where he was responsible for distributing the firm’s Private Equity, Private Credit, Real Estate, and Infrastructure strategies to RIAs and Multi-Family Offices. Prior to Brookfield, Matt worked for Partners Group on the Private Wealth team, where he distributed the firm’s private equity strategies to RIAs and wirehouse advisors. Matt started his career as an Internal Wholesaler at Pioneer Investments.

Matt earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from Syracuse University.
