Overview

Join us for a complimentary Lunch and Learn Session featuring a presenter and conversation on a range of topics.

This month, Jason will address:

How modern deal technology is reshaping the transaction lifecycle across financial markets, from early-stage preparation to post-deal integration.

Transactional momentum: the industry is optimistic about the transactional market for 2026, including anticipated increases in IPO activity (64%) and buy-side M&A (75%), despite lingering economic uncertainty.

From integrations to cybersecurity: Scalable, secure technology solutions as a top strategic priority in 2026.

The integration challenge: why 34% of organizations cite technology adoption as their biggest hurdle and how this impacts efficiency and growth.

This Lunch & Learn is open to members and non-members

Professional Learning (PL) credits will be offered for this event.
