Overview
Effective organizational leaders, regardless of title, provide specific and timely feedback to those they interact with to motivate them and to change behavior, when necessary. During this workshop, you will review and practice using a simple model for providing meaningful feedback that works, regardless of whether feedback recipients are subordinates, peers, or superiors.
In turn, developing your own skills and fostering a culture of feedback and improvement requires asking for and accepting feedback from others about your own performance.
During this highly interactive workshop, you will practice giving and receiving feedback that improves individual and team performance.
