Overview
The last decade has seen radical shifts in the structure of credit markets. The once-dominant role of banks has greatly diminished, replaced by a mix of private credit, BDCs, finance companies, and other lenders. For public bond markets, trading inventories are much smaller compared to the market’s growth, creating a more challenging liquidity environment for smaller public bond issuers. At the same time, private credit managers are offering liquidity and efficiency advantages for smaller issuers and aspiring to capture market share from public credit markets.
Come hear from a panel of industry experts, each from a different sector of the credit markets. They will discuss what they do and the opportunities they are seeing, while debating the relative merits of their investment approach compared to other participants in the credit markets.
