A high-level discussion on major investment themes and global market dynamics from the perspective of SWFs, National pension plans and large institutional investment managers that deal with unique challenges arising from strict investment mandates and vast resources at hand. In the context of lingering liquidity effects from the crisis, the role of large investment funds as sources of capital has become increasingly prominent. With that in mind, we will explore their unique perspectives on the global macroeconomic environment and their future role as they continue to evolve in their operations and implementation of investment strategies.
*All discussions at the CFA NY Sovereign Wealth & National Pension Funds Conference are governed by Chatham House rules. The event is closed to media and by invitation only to senior fund executives, ensuring frank and productive discussions and an effective exchange of ideas among peers.
